Fay has extensive music industry experience, having worked in Press, Marketing, A&R, Video production... before finding her niche in Artist Management, where she has taken bands from early development to sell-out world touring.

Fay and In Phase have looked after the careers of many bands over the years, crossing genres of music from metal to pop. Her career in management started with Thin Lizzy and has included working with artistes such as Jeff Beck, Sting, Black Sabbath, Jools Holland and many other international acts. 

She formed In Phase Management after a substantial period at One Fifteen Management (David Gilmour, Jools Holland…)

In Phase's clients have included:

- UK, million-plus selling metallers, Cradle of Filth. COF's worldwide notoriety; due to their legendary merchandise and exploits, such as being banned from some US states, being arrested at the Vatican and many other bizarre events, made national press on a regular basis.

- Reef, one of the UK's most successful rock bands, who have had numerous top 10 singles. 

- London band, Reactor secured the synch for teen brand Lynx/Axe's first worldwide TV ad theme, with their track Feeling The Love...
